Q: Can you machine titanium aerospace parts?

A: Yes, we can do cnc titanium parts. Although titanium processing is somewhat challenging, we can reasonably control the cutting temperature, reduce tool wear, and prevent workpiece deformation. Besides, we can also do custom CNC machining aerospace parts in aluminum, stainless steel, brass, copper and so on.

Q: How do you prevent burrs and maintain surface finish inside holes for your CNC machining aerospace parts?

A: After drilling or milling, the remaining burrs can be removed through manual deburring, brush-type deburring, or precision automatic deburring machines. To achieve a super-smooth surface, Yecheng can do reaming or bore finishing. We can provide a CMM report if needed.

Q: Do you provide batch-to-batch consistency for critical aerospace components?

 A:Yes, we will provide batch to batch consistency. For the prototyping stage, we will make 5 more machining parts for reference in bulk order production. After the first sample come out, we will do an inspection at once to avoid any mistakes.
