A: Yes, we can do cnc titanium parts. Although titanium processing is somewhat challenging, we can reasonably control the cutting temperature, reduce tool wear, and prevent workpiece deformation. Besides, we can also do custom CNC machining aerospace parts in aluminum, stainless steel, brass, copper and so on.
A: After drilling or milling, the remaining burrs can be removed through manual deburring, brush-type deburring, or precision automatic deburring machines. To achieve a super-smooth surface, Yecheng can do reaming or bore finishing. We can provide a CMM report if needed.
