Precision CNC Shafts Manufacturer
CNC shafts are precision-machined rotating components used for power transmission, motion control, and mechanical support in automotive and industrial systems. Yecheng has been a custom machined shaft supplier for over 13 years.
We use CNC machining for shafts because rotation requires precision — even a small deviation can cause vibration, noise, and failure.
CNC Shafts By Materials
Material defines performance — the right material ensures strength, durability, and cost efficiency.

Supports high-intensity loads and ±0.01mm tolerance control, suitable for industrial transmission and mechanical structural components.

With corrosion resistance and dimensional stability, it is suitable for humid and high-demand mechanical environments.

Ideal for high-speed automation systems where reduced rotational inertia improves response time.

High-precision processing, low friction and high wear resistance properties, suitable for precision transmission and electrical connection structures.
CNC Shaft By Types
Stepped ShaftWe support ±0.01mm tolerance control and Ra0.8–Ra1.6 surface roughness, ensuring high precision mating and assembly stability.
Hollow ShaftThe Turning-milling process ensures strength and the consistency of the wall thickness can be strictly controlled.
KeywayThe size and position accuracy of the keyway can be controlled, achieving reliable torque transmission and anti-slip connection.
Threaded ShaftSupports metric/imperial thread standards, with controllable thread accuracy and surface finish.
Precision CNC Shaft Machining
The core of CNC shaft parts lies in the strict control of dimensional tolerances, coaxiality, roundness deviation, and straightness. We can consistently control shaft diameter tolerance within ±0.01mm under stable OEM shaft machining service.
By performing multi-stage processing with a single setup, we can ensure the coaxial consistency of each stepped shaft section. At the same time, combined with high-rigidity CNC turning and necessary precision grinding processes, we can effectively reduce cumulative errors and clamping errors.

CNC Shaft Surface Finishing
The surface quality of shaft parts directly affects their transmission efficiency, wear life and operational stability. The surface roughness can be stably controlled within the range of Ra 1.6 to Ra 0.2.
For high-demand transmission or high-speed rotating applications, polishing and surface treatment processes such as anodizing and nickel plating can also be combined to further reduce the friction coefficient and enhance wear resistance.

Industries We Serve
Whether you need a prototype shaft or mass production, we provide CNC shaft solutions with stable quality and fast lead time.

High-speed systems often face vibration, misalignment, and wear issues. Our CNC shafts with tight tolerance and excellent concentricity ensure smooth torque transmission and stable rotation performance.

Vehicle drivetrains require precise fit and resistance to heat and load variation. We manufacture CNC shafts with accurate spline/keyway features for reliable assembly, higher efficiency, and safer operation.

Continuous heavy-duty operation often leads to wear and downtime. Our durable CNC shafts are engineered for long service life, reducing maintenance frequency and improving overall equipment stability.
CNC Shaft Engineering Capability Table
Geometric tolerances such as concentricity and roundness are controlled within 0.05mm for standard production, with tighter control available for specific features.

It mainly depends on the structure and quantity.
For a prototype, it usually takes about 3-7days and for bulk production it takes about 30days in general.
Yes. We can machine shafts with tight fit tolerances (such as H7/h6 or customized fits) to ensure proper assembly with bearings, gears, and couplings.
