We have three steps for quality control – incoming material inspection, first article inspection and final inspection.

Every  CNC steel part undergoes multiple layers of QC inspections before leaving the factory, including inspections for dimensional accuracy, hardness, flatness, and surface defects. 

We use a coordinate measuring machine (CMM), a hardness tester, and professional visual inspection tools to ensure that the parts fully meet the customer’s design requirements.

CNC steel parts production is mainly accomplished through computer numerical control (CNC) processing.
First, the designer draws the part drawings in the CAD software, and then generates the processing paths using the CAM software.
We use CNC lathes, milling machines, or five-axis machining centers for cutting operations, precisely turning the steel blanks into the desired shape.
