What is CNC Wallet
CNC wallet is a minimalist portable metal wallet with high precision CNC machining. It is usually made up of two CNC-machined metal sheets that are connected by screws or magnets. It can be made of different materials.
The internal card slot and track are also manufactured by CNC machining centers to ensure smooth card removal. It can also add elastic straps based on your requirements.
Compared to leather wallets, CNC wallets are more durable and slim. Laser-engraved designs and a wide range of anodized colors also better align with modern aesthetic preferences.
CNC Wallet By Card Access Method
Thumb push CNC wallets usually feature a slot milled into the bottom, allowing you to only use your thumb to push the card out easily.

Pull tab CNC wallet often has a single nylon elastic strap that is fixed inside to pull out the cards you need.

This Pop-Up CNC wallet features card slots of different heights inside. With a side lever or a botton, each card can be popped up step by step.
Key Features of Custom CNC Wallet

It is slim enough for your front pocket carry with 6-10 cards.

Metal RFID wallets can help block unauthorized RFID scanning.

It is made of metal and can be wear resistant for a long time.
Consistent Anodized Colors for CNC Wallets
As a premium CNC wallet manufacturer, we have our in-house anodizing facility instead of outsourcing, which won’t cause communication issues, longer lead time and color inconsistencies. This allows us to provide one-stop service, including machining, sandblasting, polishing, anodizing, and logo engraving.
For the CNC aluminum wallets, we can customize the anodized color according to pantone color number, with the physical color swatch serving as the final reference before production. During the sample production phase of the CNC wallet, we preserve the anodized color of the samples for reference during mass production to ensure color consistency.
We also pay attention to the details. The thickness of our anodized coating is generally 5-10μm. We will seal threaded holes prior to anodizing to prevent the coating from interfering with the assembly of the two metal plates in the CNC wallet.
If you have any requirements for a CNC wallet, you can send drawings to us, and we will quote it for you within 2 hours.

Strict Control of the High Tolerance for CNC Wallet
The internal structure of CNC machined wallets greatly relies on tolerance control during CNC machining. Since the size of the bank cards is basically the same, it is important to control tolerance when manufacturing your card slots.
If the tolerance is too large, the cards will rattle. If it is too small, the cards will be difficult to remove. Therefore, the tolerance should be controlled within 0.05mm during CNC machining to ensure smooth card removal and prevent rattling.
In addition, most CNC wallets fasten two metal plates together with screws, so it is essential to ensure that the screw hole tolerances on both the front and back plates are consistent. This can avoid assembly problems and distortion of the two metal plates.
Whether you are developing a new CNC wallet or improving an existing design, upload your design, and we can review it for you.
Company Adavantages

Before production, our engineers can offer DFM support to analyze the potential issues like wall thickness, tolerance of card slots and magnetic structure. We can also offer solutions for manufacturing and lower cost.
With rich experience of CNC machining, we can offer CNC fast prototype service to your CNC wallet within 7-14 days, shortening the lead time from design to sample and ensuring your team’s needs for new product design and market penetration are met.
Once the design is finalized, equipped with over 60 CNC machining centers, we can ensure stable production capacity. We can support your brand’s holiday marketing plans for Custom CNC wallets, guarantee on-time delivery of mass production with no delay.
Surface Treatment We Offer
After CNC machining, we also offer one-stop surface treatment services to further enhance the appearance and functionality of CNC wallets.

We can do sandblast to remove the tool marks and reduce fingerprint and oil stains, preparing for subsequent processes such as anodizing.

To avoid oxidation of the metal surface of the CNC aluminum wallet, we offer different colors of anodizing to enhance product recognition and aesthetics.

After brushing, the surface of your CNC wallet will be more metallic, minimize the visibility of minor scratches and offer greater durability.
Different Materials for CNC Wallet
- Data Sheet
| Material | Aluminum | Brass | Titanium | Stainless Steel |

Ordinary leather wallets tend to bulge when you put multiple cards inside, but the CNC wallet stays flat no matter how many cards you put in it, and it doesn’t wear out as easily as a leather wallet.
Magnets are typically installed along the edges of the outer frame, away from the card compartment. As long as the magnets aren’t too strong, they won’t affect the use of your cards.
The strap or metal clip on the outside of the CNC wallet can hold cash, as well as a small knife or bottle opener.
Yes, we can sign an NDA. We can totally understand the importance of your unique design of CNC wallets, ensuring that the drawings will not be displayed to third parties.
