Custom Carbon Fiber Parts by Materials & Surface Finish
Different carbon fiber materials and textures will directly affect the processing performance and the final part performance.
We can provide corresponding material processing solutions based on your applications.

Twill carbon fiber has a distinct twill fabric texture and is often used in products that have both appearance and structural performance requirements.

Plain carbon fiber has a regular and uniform surface texture, making it suitable for structural components, mounting plates, and industrial parts.

High-gloss carbon fiber shows a crisp, high-contrast weave pattern with a premium appearance, making it suitable for products with high requirements for appearance.

The matte carbon fiber surface has relatively low reflectivity, making it suitable for industrial equipment and those requiring low-reflective surfaces.
Custom Carbon Fiber Parts By Function
Not only can we custom carbon fiber parts based on the materials, but we can also provide CNC machining according to your functions and assembly requirements.

Full-process quality control, offering one-stop services ranging from CNC machining to assembly.

Customized according to the drawings, with high rigidity and lightweight structural components, suitable for strict assembly tolerances.

Integrated machining of complex cavities, blind holes, and slots, ensuring both flatness and hole position accuracy.

Supports glossy and matte surface textures, which can be used for edge protection to prevent fiber exposure and moisture absorption.

The thin-walled structure can be precisely processed, balancing both appearance and structural strength. The minimum order quantity is 1 pc.

Precision drilling, chamfering, and countersinking processing, with stable dimensions and low thermal expansion, suitable for gap-compensation assembly.
Custom Carbon Fiber Parts Prototyping and Production
For carbon fiber materials, the core lightweight components of high-end equipment, we have optimized the entire cutting process to provide a one-stop service from prototype verification to mass production, fully leveraging the material advantages of carbon fiber, including high strength, high rigidity, low density, and low thermal expansion.
In the prototype stage, we will help you with
- New product development
- Structural verification
- Assembly verification
- Functional testing
After prototype approval, we can proceed with production while maintaining consistency in dimensions, machining quality, and appearance. Send Your CAD Files for a Carbon Fiber Machining Review.

CMM Inspection & Quality Verification
For custom carbon fiber parts with clearly defined tolerance requirements, we can conduct size inspection and quality verification based on your drawings.
The key inspection points can include:
- Critical dimensions of the shape
- Hole Diameter
- Thread type
- Pitch distance
- Hole position
- Planar dimensions
- Outline dimensions
- Critical assembly dimensions
For complex structural parts, CMM measurement can be used to verify dimensions and send you a report on all dimensions. Our quality control not only focuses on “whether the parts have been manufactured”, but also pays attention to whether the parts truly meet your requirements.
Let’s build your next project together.
Custom Carbon Fiber Parts for Different Industries
Custom carbon fiber parts are widely used in many applications, including aerospace, automotive, industrial, and so on.

Our CNC carbon fiber parts can stably meet the extremely strict requirements for dimensional stability, load-bearing strength, and temperature adaptability in both hot and cold conditions.

Custom carbon fiber car parts are widely used in the automotive industry. They are suitable for lightweight structures, supports, panels, and installation components of automobiles.

The edge sealing and hole reinforcement processes have been optimized to ensure the long-term, high-precision operation of your custom carbon fiber parts.

Our custom carbon fiber parts are produced through precise milling and machining. The surfaces are free of burrs and protruding fibers, and their flatness and assembly accuracy far exceed those of conventionally processed parts.
Typical Properties of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Composites
Carbon fibers can not only be combined with traditional epoxy resins but also with high-performance polymer matrices such as PEEK, PA, and PEI to form carbon fiber-reinforced composite materials with different performance characteristics.

Note: Values are typical reference ranges for carbon-fiber-reinforced polymer composites and may vary significantly depending on fiber type, fiber orientation, fiber volume fraction, laminate construction, and resin grade.
We can process two types of carbon fiber composite materials: thermosetting and thermoplastic.
Thermosetting includes plain-weave and twill-weave carbon fiber plates, and thermoplastic includes CF-PEEK, CF-PA, CF-PEI, CF-PPS, and CF-PEKK carbon fiber composite plates.
Our general machining tolerance can reach 0.05mm and critical tolerance can reach 0.01mm, depending on part geometry, material construction, and drawing requirements.
We use diamond-coated special composite material cutting tools, optimizing the rotational speed, feed rate, and cutting depth.
Drilling is one of the most crucial processes in carbon fiber parts. To minimize fiber pull-out, we select appropriate cutting tools suitable for composite material processing based on the material structure and control the axial force and cutting parameters during the drilling/milling process.
For precision installation holes, we also focus on controlling the hole diameter, roundness, hole wall quality, and hole edge condition. When necessary, we can adopt pre-drilling, step-by-step processing, or fine processing strategies to reduce fiber damage at the hole exit.
You can send CAD files, 2D engineering drawings, material requirements, quantities, and surface finish requirements. We will evaluate based on your part structure, processing techniques, tolerances, and quantities, and provide a quotation.
Sure. By considering your operating temperature, load-bearing capacity, stiffness requirements, chemical environment, water absorption rate, weight reduction target, and budget, we will compare the performance differences among CF-EP, CF-PEEK, CF-PA, CF-PEI, CF-PPS, and CF-PEKK and provide material selection suggestions to help you avoid material selection mistakes.
