What are Custom Forged Wheels
Custom forged wheels are high-performance wheels crafted through a forging process, where automotive-grade 6061-T6 aluminum alloy is pressed into shape and then precision-machined using CNC milling.
Compared to cast wheels, forged wheels feature denser internal grain structures with no porosity or voids, offering greater strength, lighter weight, and longer fatigue life, making them the preferred choice for premium modifications, racing, and luxury vehicles.
Yecheng supports customization of wheel diameter, width, PCD, offset, center bore, concavity, spoke design, lip design, barrel configuration, brake clearance, structure, finish, color, logo, and center cap.
Custom Forged Wheels By Structure
According to the preferences of different customers, we can customize the products based on different structures.

It is a fully forged + CNC machining wheels – lightest weight, highest rigidity, and optimal dynamic balance. It is ideal for track use and ultimate performance.

It is composed of two parts: the hub disc (Face/Disc) and the wheel rim (Barrel), and is usually connected by bolts. They can be replaced separately, resulting in lower maintenance costs.

It is composed of three parts: the forged center, the inner barrel, and the outer lip. It is fastened with bolts and sealed. This structure offers greater flexibility in terms of size and appearance customization.
Custom Forged Wheels By Profile
5-Spoke Forged WheelsThe classic five-spoke design is simple in appearance and also has a strong sense of movement. We can further customize spoke width, angle, and central area.
Split-Spoke Forged WheelsFurther bifurcate the main spokes to create a more complex visual structure. It is suitable for brands that need to develop wheels with a distinct design.
Y-Spoke Forged WheelsThe Y-shaped spoke structure achieves a lightweight visual effect, and it can also be combined with different concave surfaces and forged wheel profiles.
Mesh Forged WheelsA complex mesh structure is formed by multiple spokes. It is suitable for the development of high-end wheel brands and customized product series.
Deep Dish / Deep Lip Forged WheelsDeep Dish wheels feature a deeper outer lip and are typically developed through a combination of wheel width, offset, barrel configuration, spoke geometry, and brake clearance requirements.
Concave Forged WheelsThe achievable concavity depends on wheel width, offset, spoke geometry, brake caliper clearance, and overall wheel construction.
12,000+ Ton Forging Blanks to CNC Machining
Our Custom Forged Wheels start with high-quality aluminum alloy forging blanks, which all come from the three major professional forging factories in China. They are forged using 12,000+ ton hydraulic forging equipment, which can achieve more thorough material flow and a more stable forging structure compared to ordinary low-tonnage equipment.
This provides the custom forged wheels with higher strength and a higher safety margin. After forging, we further complete by our own CNC precision machining.
For different designs, we can use multi-axis CNC to process complex curved surfaces and lightweight structures.

This design is suitable for those who pursue high-end, sporty, and eye-catching appearances. If your product is mainly targeted at street bikes, luxury cars, or high-end customization markets, you may prefer a Glossy Finish.

The Satin Finish has a soft sheen, lying between high gloss and matte finish. It can balance both the texture and the low-key visual effect. It is suitable for vehicles that aim to have a design that combines sophistication, sportiness, and long-term appeal.

By using a Brushed Finish, uniform and fine linear textures are formed on the surface, which can highlight the metallic texture of the forged aluminum alloy. If you wish to retain a distinct sense of metal processing while creating a more unique and high-end appearance, Brushed Finish is a good choice.

Two-Tone Finish achieves this by combining two distinct colors or surface effects, highlighting different areas such as the spokes, rim, and surface of custom-forged wheels. It is suitable for brands that need to enhance visual hierarchy.

Polished Finish achieves this by performing meticulous polishing on the surface of the aluminum alloy, resulting in a bright, mirror-like metallic luster that best showcases the texture of the forged aluminum material.

Powder Coating achieves a uniform coating through electrostatic powder spraying and curing, offering a wide range of colors and various gloss effects. This is the most commonly used and cost-effective surface treatment method.

Yes, sure. Please share your DXF or dwg or any other CAD format logo files.
We provide a one-year product warranty covering manufacturing-related defects under normal use and according to the agreed product specifications.
The monoblock wheel is made from a single piece of aluminum alloy forging material, featuring a simple structure, high strength, and a relatively light weight.
The Multi-piece wheel hub is assembled from components such as the barrel and the hub disc, offering greater flexibility in terms of size, width, offset, and appearance customization.
What Custom Forged Wheels Can Do for Your Business
Higher Strength‑to‑weight Performance
During the forging process, aluminum alloy material is subjected to high pressure, resulting in a denser and more stable structure.
This allows you to further optimize the wheel design for weight reduction while still meeting structural performance requirements.
This is beneficial for your customers in:
- Performance Cars
- Sports Cars
- Track Cars
- Racing Cars
- Time Attack Cars
- Drift Cars
Of course, the ultimate strength and safety of the forged rims do not only depend on “whether it is forged”, but also are related to the material, heat treatment, structural design, machining process, and testing.
Reduce Unsprung Weight
If your client is a racing enthusiast, then “weight” is usually an indicator that they pay close attention to.
The wheels and tires both belong to the unsprung weight of the vehicle.
When you help your client reduce unnecessary weight of the wheels, the vehicle suspension system may have better response capabilities.
More Personalization Options
Your customers may not be satisfied with standard-sized custom forged wheels.
Different vehicle models, tires, braking systems, and suspension settings may require different parameters.
We can certainly customize according to your customer’s needs, and our MOQ is 1 pc. You are not limited to existing catalog designs. You can develop your own wheel specification and visual identity.
The designs of wheels on the market are becoming increasingly similar. If your product merely changes the logo, it is easy to fall into price competition. However, forged wheels have greater CNC machining and design flexibility, and you can further develop:
- Deep Concave
- Aggressive Spoke Design
- Lightweight Spoke Structure
- Custom Lip Design
- Multi-Spoke Design
- Motorsport-Inspired Design
And we can also offer a wider range of surface finishes to reflect the uniqueness of your brand.
