Light-weight material preferred, and compact structure to save installation space. We usually choose aluminum (6061- T6) or stainless steel for machining because of their high-strength. Due to different depths for the holes, we have to do deep drilling and threading.

For prolonged outdoor use, anti-corrosion materials are required for multi-valve integrated hydraulic manifolds. They have an appearance preference and normal color anodize is recommended. We can customize any colors which match the pantone color chip.

Strong environmental adaptability (salt spray / humidity / corrosion) and high safety requirements. With the complex structures, large sizes and anti-corrosist requirement, we have to do hard anodizing or coating after machining to ensure the safety.
